There is a lot of hassle when trying to change a way everybody is trying to use a heavy ERP application.
I research for information and found Don Spencer blog and Jim, both offer an illustration how hard is to find meaningful information regarding proper ERP implementation.
Here, I am not counting the marketing oriented IQMS blog. Sporadic publications didn't impress me much either. By me, every small business has its own way to deal with information problems.
